We are currently accepting applications for Elementary Teachers, Special Education Teacher/Reading Specialist and Substitute Teachers.

Elementary Teacher
Faith Heritage School (FHS) provides a nurturing and challenging educational environment where students develop a love for learning, curiosity, and the skills to succeed both academically and personally. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively deliver engaging lessons, foster a positive classroom environment, and support students in their academic and social-emotional growth.
The successful candidate will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in elementary education or related field. Master’s Degree and 3+ years of teaching experience preferred. They will display a deep knowledge of pedagogy and teach from a Biblical perspective. Must attain ACSI Certification after the 1st year of employment.
Responsibilities include: plan and execute effective lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and standards, create a supportive and dynamic learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and foster student intellectual, social, and spiritual development.

Special Education Teacher/Reading Specialist
Faith Heritage School (FHS) is currently accepting applications for a Special Education Teacher/Reading Specialist. The Special Education Teacher will support students with diverse learning needs, working closely with classroom teachers and parents to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing, adaptive environment that promotes growth and achievement for each student.
A minimum bachelor’s degree in special education or related field is required. Master’s Degree and 3+ years of teaching experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills needed. They will display a deep knowledge of pedagogy and commitment to faith-based education and values. Must attain ACSI Certification after the 1st year of employment.

The responsibilities of this per-hour position would include working with students and teachers to contribute to a supportive, dynamic environment that is responsive to student needs and interests.
School day hours are 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at a rate of $17 per hour.

Custodian

Faith Heritage School (FHS) is accepting applications for part/full-time custodian. This position includes cleaning and sanitizing while using chemicals, and one must adhere to a cleaning schedule following sanitation guidelines. Duties require some lifting and climbing stairs. Cleaning experience preferred.  
Hours are variable at a rate of $15 per hour.
