Application Process

To get started as a potential new Faith Heritage family, select the 'CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED' link below. After you submit the 'Request Information' form, you will receive a personal phone call to answer any questions and set up a tour if you are interested to see a typical school day. A tour of the school is encouraged but not required. To continue the process, you would need to complete the New Student Application, with the final step being the $100 per student application fee.

Testing helps us determine your child’s readiness for the grade she/he will be entering. 

• PreK Assessment for students applying for PreK. 
• Kindergarten Readiness Test for students applying for Kindergarten. 
• TerraNova Standardized Testing for students entering Grades 1-9 .

You will be notified of the testing schedule and must be completed before final acceptance.

Our Head of School and Principals conduct interviews with each new family, ensuring that our partnership with families begins with an understanding and commitment to shared values. Parents of students entering PreK–5th grade will meet with the Head of School and Principal. For students entering 6th–11th grade, both the parents and the student will attend the meeting with the Head of School and Principal. 

Once the application process is complete, you will receive an email notifying you of your child(ren)'s acceptance. This message will include instructions on how to confirm your partnership with Faith Heritage School, including selecting your preferred tuition payment plan.
If your child(ren) are denied acceptance, you will receive a phone call from our Head of School to review the denial.
