A message from Fred Santucci Jr., Board Chair
It is with deep humility and gratitude that I step into the role of Board Chair at Faith Heritage School. As an alumnus and current parent, this opportunity carries special meaning for me. Faith Heritage has shaped my life and my family’s life in profound ways, and it is an honor to serve the school in this capacity.
The Board of Trustees of Faith Heritage School exists to faithfully steward the finances, staff, and facilities of the school in alignment with its mission: “To keep God’s truth at the center of learning, nurture a desire to love Christ, and cultivate a mindset for service.” Operating under a governance model, the Board entrusts the day-to-day leadership of the school to our sole employee, Head of School Dr. Deborah Samuelson, and is fully committed to supporting her in this role. Our responsibility is not operational management but strategic oversight, ensuring the long-term sustainability and vitality of the school’s mission.
This framework allows us to provide focused oversight and accountability in the areas most essential to the school’s future. We firmly believe God has positioned Faith Heritage to continue offering a strong, Christ-centered education for generations to come.
On a personal note, I am deeply grateful that my children are benefiting from a Christ- Centered, high quality education at Faith Heritage. It is my prayer that the same blessing will be poured into all of the FHS families this year and for years to come. My prayer is also to protect and guide our staff that support and educate our children. I am so thankful for each of them and how God placed them here at our school!
I ask that you continue to uphold the Board in prayer that we would serve with wisdom, discernment, and unity as we seek to steward Faith Heritage faithfully for the glory of God.
With gratitude,
Fred Santucci Jr.

In recent years, it has been a privilege to watch the Board grow in both structure and unity of purpose. Today, our work is carried out through five standing committees:
- Board Stewardship Committee
- Finance Committee
- Head Stewardship Committee
- Philanthropy Committee
- Buildings and Grounds Committee
This framework allows us to provide focused oversight and accountability in the areas most essential to the school’s future. We firmly believe God has positioned Faith Heritage to continue offering a strong, Christ-centered education for generations to come.
